If it doesn't have to be beautiful, cheap fix is to have the tire sealed to the rim, there's a goop for that.

There are also folks who do a great job repairing rims, might be worth a call, lots cheaper than new rims.

Yeah , found place that repairs rims that's local I'am going to let them fix it.
