Chrome ZR1's are on!!!!
 

I had my ZR1's installed over the weekend. I think they look great with a red car. Thanks to Casey02ws6 for letting me see his Zr1's in person before I bought from TomzWheels. I am thinking about adding some type of vinyl overlay on the chrome center caps to set off the appearance a little more.

Thanks for all the compliments guys. I am very satisfied with the look. I think it makes the car really stand out now and offsets the red extremely well. :thumb: Just FYI, they are the OE Concepts from TomzWheels; great quality, great price. I also found a place online that makes vinyl overlays for center caps. They are making me 3" overlays that will have the Pontiac arrowhead in red with a small chrome outline around the arrowhead on a glossy black background. They will look very similar to the centercaps that came on my stockers in 02. I will post pics when I get them.

I think chrome looks good on ANY car.....It kind of brings out that extra ounce of perfection one is looking to compliment his ride. It kind of stands out better than any painted rim imo. BTW, I'm not a big fan of Red but I have to admit just from those pics that guys car looks pristine.

I happen to REALLY like red, although I am just biased lol.

My Torque Thrust M's in Anthracid are arriving today. I hope I like the look.....I passed up getting chorme just because I don't like Chrome on Pewter as well as painted wheels. Too each his own :)

It is stock height now......lowering it is one of many things on the laundry list of shit to do!

i've had 2 red z28's. and i gotta say. i dont like red anymore :(, sucks that im stuck with a red one. i'd rather like to have silver.
