Thought so, I seen those an wondered what that guy was smoking to sell a set of Iforged wheels for that price. You got a hell of a deal.!

No my car is GM SUV Pewter metalic, with silver pearliesant flake added.

Theres a guy on here with those wheels on a black WS6 and that thing looks amazing. I think you should leave it black..

its either going carbon metallic like the last one or a little lighter.. i would prefer not go as light as yours but i'm just shopping around.

Oh you rat bastard!

I still got you beat by an inch though.

For what it's worth, polishing these sucks. It's easily one of the hardest designs to keep clean. Keeping the barrels clean on a DD car will be damn near impossible.

It just takes a lot of time and patience.

EDIT:

As per your question, those are a 2piece wheel. I've tried at least 10 different polishes, and I always come back to Mothers Billet.

The shine it yields has yet to be matched. It applies very easily as well. I've tried using the Mothers Powerball stuff, but IMO it's no good. On these wheels it doesn't do a good job on the insides of the spokes.

I use a air powered blue point polisher, with 3" pads. I use buffing pads, and cut each of them up. I get 3, 3" pads out of them.

Best way it can be done, itt just takes a lot of time. All it takes is a puddle or some rain to bring you back to square one.

Rob

No big deal, had to happen sooner or later. It's the best looking design on the TAs IMO. Fikse FM/10, etc. 10 spokes rule.

I was just thinking to myself. I wonder what the weight difference is between the 18" 3 piece wheels I have. Vs. the 17" 2 piece design.

What sizes did those wheels come in? Mine are 18x9 up front, 18x10 out back.

If I remember right, the fronts were about 20 lbs, and the rears were about 1.5 lbs. more. Weigh those bitches when you get them!
