i love the American Racing Rebels!

i love that you can get them with a pretty nice staggered look.
AR Rebels
18/9 -- 18/10s
275/35s front, 295/35/18s out back

What offset did you get these in? I didnt think they had them with the right offset, so you had to use spacers?

Who makes the BEST, SAFEST wheel spacers?

Default Offset for the AR Rebels

Hi there, the offset for the front is 41mm, the back is 25mm. They fit just right and no spacers needed. I did have require Discount Tire to fix my wheel vibration with hub rings. They provided this with no charge. Later, Kevin.

the FAQ in the wheel section says that a rear offset of 25mm will not fit.

Camaro & Firebird Fitments
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bolt Pattern

5 x 4.75" or 5 x 120.65 mm
The numbers in the columns are as follows:

WIDTH ..... OFFSET ......... WIDTH OF TIRE

Front and Rear
9.0" ..... +38 to +56 mm .... 255, 265, 275
9.5" ..... +38 to +56 mm .... 255, 265, 275
10.0" ... +38 to +48 mm .... 265, 275

REAR Only
10.0" ... +38 to +54 mm .... 275, 285
10.5" ... +38 to +50 mm .... 285, 295
11.0" ... +45 to +56 mm .... 315

After looking at American Racing website i see some specs, i think you transposed FR & R.:

Part No. Size Offset Backside Bolt Circle
699-8963 18x9 25 6 5-4 3/4
699-8163 18x10 41 7 1/8 5-4 3/4

Those specs seem to show that the rear would fit but the front would not.
You're saying you didn't need spacers, just hubcentric rings? I tried to order the wheels from the America's Tire Co. in my city (same company as discount tire co.) and they said i'd need spacers, and they don't use those for safety reasons. From the pics your wheels dont stick out too far/little so i'd really like to try these!

Hi there, yes I did transpose the numbers. I've had my wheels for over a year and no problems. Don't listen to AR, go to DT and get these wheels with the correct hubrings. There has been other threads about this and that's how I found out about my bad vibration solution. It took DT 3 balancing and re-mounting b4 they realized that hubrings was the solution after I told them. And no, my wheels don't stick out at all. If it did, I'd be rubbing the rolled back fenders and front fenders into the BFG forces. Later

I had never seen those rims before but now you've got me looking for some

You got them from DT? What is DT?
