Default What offset on 17x11 ZR1 rims for 315's, NOT to rub inner fender?

On a C5:

36, 50, 56MM???

56mm Grand Sport offest & inner tire rubbing,, (very slight, no affect on driving)

use 1/4" spacer?
but that would be like a 50mm offest where the tire sticks out just a little bit more, right??

So could I use a 50mm offest w/ no spacer & no rubbing..

Need experienced replies..

I'm running 50mm offset with 315's on my TA. Had to do the BFH mod to make it work though. Tires sit nicely in fender well and don't stick out. The 50mm has always been recommended for the Camaro to keep it from sticking out too far. Having the TA, I actually ordered the 56mm and they sent the 50's. It worked out well.

Yes, my wheel weels are plastic..
If I did the BFH, I'd crack the plastic liner..
Maybe I'll just dremel the area out where it rubs...
