Default Goodyear F1 gs-d3 emt ...help

I am trying to get these tires for a C6 vette (245/40-18 and 285/35-19) and I found them on tire rack.com here are the 245's
They are on backorder and I need them soon. The goodyear shop near me wanted to charge me $525.17 per tire for the front tires? I don't know why the front would be more expensive but whatever. Anyone have a good place to get these tires at a reasonable price somewhat quickly? Thanks, -Andy

Try to go to another reputable big tire shop, and just start playing the "Well this place has them for this much" game. I used to work at a tire shop, and noone will have them in stock. Thats an expensive tire to sit in the shop, and isnt purchased often ya know. But yeah they will be quite expensive cause that is a low profile high end goodyear with EMT. Maybe check ebay as well. Good luck.

Thanks guys, I can find the rear ones o.k. But it turns out no one even has the 245/40-18 in stock anywhere! I really don't want to settle for any other tire, I wish I could just find them somewhere.

If you have a "Just Tires" in your area try them. I've had luck with them when everyone else was out and the tires were on back order. They must have a lot of warehouses or something.
