17's front 18's back question
 

I was browsing for Z06 wheels for my SS and I took notice on ebay that most of the Zo6 rims comes in 17's front and 18's back. Is there a pros and cons for this?

18" tires are more expensive. It will handle better if you like auto crossing over drag racing. In some cases it can look better also.

hmm....cons can be you cant rotate your tires so the life of your life declines dramatically....pros are that you will get better performance out of your car having smaller rims in the front and largers in the back...

if I could do it again I would go with 18's all around. I like what I got now but It sux not being able to rotate them.

I love my 17/18 combo. Have the 275 up front and the 295 out back. handles great. I will be cutting a half a coil out of the front spriings soon to give it a lil better stance. Here's a few pics.
