about 18 or so. i tested it down from 22 and 18 worked the best. i havent tried any lower though. a guy with an lt1 vette who ran bfg's before had suggested 18 psi also.

 

18 psi is good. But make sure your clutch holds up. The tires stopped when I was warming them up and my clutch slip. Oh watch that rear end too. only after lauching at 18 psi it started howling. 12 bolt is on the way! those time below is with stock goodyears.
