Just ordered a set of Boyd Coddington's Tuned!!
 

Woohoo! I just ordered a set of Boyd Coddington's "Tuned" (F) 17x9.5 (R) 17x11 They look almost identical to Fikse's FM-10. I ordered them through Discount Tire (DT). Here's a link to how they look:

Great service over at DT. They told me it's gonna take about 4-5 weeks for them to arrive. Last week I just lowered my car using eibach sportline's and Bilstein HD's. I'm gonna be taking my car to the body shop and have them roll my fenders. I'm gonna be ordering LCA's, PHR, & Relocation Brackets next week when I get paid. Does anyone foresee any problems as far as installing the wheels? have I covered all my bases? Please post. Thanks in advance.

I actually got them for $1230 which includes shipping/handling (THey charged me $45 for the wheel install kit which includes the lock/lug nuts. but that price is already included in the total).

Those are sweet!! I didnt know they had those.

Also, thanks for the link. Boyd doesnt have a site anymore and I didnt know where to find their wheels! :)

Country Boy....I also didn't know that Boyd Coddington made this style rim either. I was browsing this forum and I happened to come across these wheels. I knew I had to have them when I saw them.

GRRR.... Ive been looking for their site for about a month now :mad: I kept getting errors. I guess it was down :(

Sweet find! Are those wheels new? I don't see them on the BC site. Make sure you take some pics for us when they're on your ride. :cool:

Vector Z - Thanks for the compliment. Yes, they are new. At least that's what Discount Tire told me. Yea, BC doesn't have that wheel up on their site. I'll definitely take some digi pics of the wheels on my ride. They're gonna even sweeter since I've got the Eibach sportline drop with Bilstein HD's all around. The rollbar will be coming in next Wednesday also. I'll wait to take pics until I get the rollbar welded inside. I'll have the pics up by next Sat. for sure.

actually they've been around for years...at least 3, cause the thirdgen.org guys used to go nuts for em
below is the first car i've seen with them on, but its the only pic i got of his car (missing the front valance)
i was gonna buy a set for a thirdgen project car, but gave up on it
i cant wait to see them on a 4th gen :)

maddboost - Don't worry. I'll definitely post pics as soon as I get the wheels in. DT told me that my wheels should be in this Thursday (tomorrow). I just found out that I'll be receiving my wolfe rollbar in about two weeks. I'll post the pics of my car with the wheels this weekend.

Stew - THanks for putting that pic on the thread. I couldn't find any fbods whatsoever with these wheels.

Good news and bad news (well at least for me). The wheels didn't come in yesterday (bad news)because they didn't have the 2 front Goodyear GS-D3's 275's in stock. They had to order them from goodyear directly. The good news, is that DT told me this morning that they received the tires and everything was shipped this morning and will definitely arrive on Monday morning.
