Default I need some help with rim/tires on lowered t/a

alright so i have a set of vogtland springs on the car which bring it down 1.5 inches (looks like slightly more)

im going to buy a set of ruff racing 278's
SIZE 18x8.5 front 18x9.5 rear
OFFSET+35mm front +45 mm rear

the tires im looking at are
bridgestone pole position s-03
size 245/40/18 and 275/35/18

would there be an issue fitting these? rubbing issues or anything like that? please help i cant pass this price up if it works

DO IT. That's exactly what i'm running with the exception of the front tires and it fits with plenty of room to spare. I'm actually going to be going wider with 255's up front and 295's out back, and i'll still have plenty of clearance.
