Drag wheels...street tires?

Drag wheels...street tires? Does any one run drag wheels with true street tires, not drag radials? Would it look stupid, like truck tires? I can't seem to find any pictures. I want to buy pro stars 15x4 and 15x10 but I drive my car on the street alot. I would be wearing drag radials out too fast, and I don't want nittos.

Don't use drag wheels for the street. Considering your intended use and tires that you mentioned. Keep your stock wheels.
Side note for you...Tire wear should be of little concern, the cost for gas far surpasses costs of tires if you needed to replace them in two years.
