The inner part of the rim has a tin lining which is tearing off,So i'm wondering is there someway to repair it or just cut it off?

Its not chrome just a thin piece of metal on it that has ripped apart in some places and is hitting the caliber and making a annoying noise.

I'm going to take it to a wheel and tire place and see what they say
