I like those wheels alot, but what size are your back tires? They look kinda thin?

3pnt4maro Sep 13, 2008 06:10 PM

now it needs just a slight drop

whytryz28 Sep 13, 2008 06:17 PM

looks like a 275 rear tire, but those are sick looking.

j99fbody Sep 13, 2008 06:20 PM

looks good, i plan on getting a set of those for mine

bcgetfresh Sep 13, 2008 06:26 PM

yea they are 275/30. i wanted 285/40 but i bought them as a set and thats what it came with. The ruff 278's are discontinued and the only place that can get them is VQmotoring. They are the worst company i ever bought from honestly. Took them a month to even ship the wheels. And they lied to me consistantly.

Luv the lip on those; it looks good just wish the rears were wider. A 1inch drop would really make your car look mean with those on.

^^-- I agree with him. Lips are awesome but the widths are not.

I'm running 275/30/19's all the way around and they don't look thin to me at all...but my car is lowered with a Pro-Kit. I'm thinking once he gets it lowered a bit, it won't look as thin...

Breathtaker Sep 13, 2008 07:34 PM

Nice.

nifty97z Sep 13, 2008 07:53 PM

Not saying 275s are thin personally but I think Fbodys need rims made for 295s or better (and that's the reason I sold my Stern 18x8.5 and x9.5  )

The Guz Sep 13, 2008 09:52 PM

They look good.

BAD-GTO Sep 13, 2008 10:02 PM

looks good man. would be killer if they made them wide enough in the rear to be able to run a 315 tire tho.

Gorgeous!

bcgetfresh Sep 14, 2008 04:18 PM

thanks guys...im really surprised on how smooth the ride is too. And yea i wish they came wider so i could throw some 295's or 315's on, but oh well :/

motoo344 Sep 14, 2008 04:21 PM

Looks good, they work well with your car.
