Will theses Boss 328 rims fit? Thanx..

I saw these rims on the website below. I was wondering if the demensions of 18x8 Black 5 on 120mm +40 mm BSM 6.013 1580 lbs. would fit on my 1996 rs? I know it says 5x120.65 but i was told these would fit, is this true?
