All factory locations. Might have to angle a screw or two in the sails.
The hatch speakers are a little different, mine were a little busted up. So I had to puts some screws with nuts on them.

Mine got from CA to my door in VA in a week. Just got them today!
What's with the hatch speakers not matching up with the holes properly? Anyone else have this issue? Are the sails and the door speakers going to be the same way?
Where did you guys mount the crossover box? Is it just sitting in the door somewhere or did you velcro it somewhere? Just a little confused on what I'm going to do for this. Installing them this weekend!![Driving](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_driving3.gif)
Picked up 4 connectors from Best Buy today as well that will plug right into the factory harness in the sails and the hatch speakers. This way I eliminate some cutting, crimping, and soldering.

I went in there and told them I was replacing the speakers in my car and asked for the crimp connectors. They told me that they had a harness that would just plug into the stock harness and then you slip the female ends over the two male outputs on the speaker.
The link below is what they gave me. Came in a red package with two connectors per package.

Do what you want but all you have to do is cut the connector off the stock speaker. THen solder or crimp connect it to the tweeter, and mid wires from the CDT speaker. Then plug it in just like a stock speaker. No need to buy any connectors. It's not like you're going to need the stocks again.

Yea, I didn't buy any connectors, I just spliced into the factory wires. And if you do install the crossover, be careful where you put it because it might hit the window when the window is rolled down. I put my crossover on the bottom of the door, but a lot of guys dont even use the X-over

z284lfe, yes still running the stock radio. It's plenty good for me. I'm done with the days of getting addicted to stereo upgrades. Like I said, it really seems to sound better than any new system in any of my trucks I've had. Better than my 06 and my current 08 Rams with Infinity systems.

hey, looks great. I did mine recently too, on the 4th picture, those are your front door speakers? and two sets of wires going to the same plug, is one set for the tweeter? cause on my car they were originally separate, maybe thats why mine doesnt sound that good?

I'm in no way trying to bash Kee, my order/ect was nothing but smooth, and I'm sure they really are great speakers. I'm just disturbed I bought something advertised as "fit in stock locations" and so far the only things that haven't been a problem were the tweeters.
