Where's the express down module?

My windows is stuck in the down position and it's not the motor or the switch. I'm thinking the express down module is bad. Where can I find it, and can I bypass it?

the express down module should have nothing to do with the down function of the motor, But i guess it is posible for it to crap out.

It's in the dash, clipped to the defroster vent, behind and slightly to the right of the radio head unit. It's a black box about 2 inches across and 3 inches tall.

so it is next to the daytime running lamp module? That is in the exact same location that you mentioned, and is about the same size too, but it has 2 plugs.

Actually, it is just below the DRL module and a little more to the right - towards the glove box. At least, that's where it is shown in the service manual drawing.
