Radio Doesn't Turn On

I disconnected my battery and now the radio doesn't turn on. The clock displays, but the controls/ volume knob don't work. Anyone know what this is? Thanks

Anyone have any ideas? It's the stock Monsoon radio. It's not in Theftlock, turning the volume knob/ pusing buttons does nothing. Thanks
