Bazooka's in Camaro

Hey guys I have been looking all over for this, I had the idea that either 1 or 2 bazooka tubes might be neat to have in the back of the SS, on the rear deck.

anybody have pics of this done? or info on if the tubes sound good? not lookin to shake the neighborhood, just have nice solid clean bass

Honestly, if your gonna go through the trouble of running the wires back there, better to just get a stealth enclosure, amp and sub. Otherwise it would be better to upgrade the sails to a better midbass than get a Bazooka tube. I have had a 10" Bazooka tube in a 733i BMW I had and it just wasn't enough to make it out of the trunk. Then I had one in my 91 GTA and it was just ok. I tryed both times and was disappointed. I liosten to mostly rock also so it wasn't a thing where I was trying to get massive bass. I think overall you be happier spending a little more cash and getting a stealth box, sub and amp!!

i was thinkin of 2 8" powered tubes, 2 6" powered tubes, or 1 10" tube

a single 8 does ok as they like to corner load something our cars do very well... 2 eights are OK but really don't hit that much harder .... so get a box with 2 10's and a qforms to make it fit ... simple and will out boom must other systems around

I actually ran 1 8" tube in mine....

Then I blew it up. Sounded really good, and got compliments on it. I had it down where the t-tops mount.

I now have 2-12" Kickers

No pics though. I still have the tube, but the sub won't play.

I had one in my '91 and I thought it sounded great...the amo was shot in it so I just ran a seperate amp to it...It was a 10" sub too.
