Can't get CD changer to work. Gives me code E32 and E33

I tried the FAQ suggestions and it doesn't work. Pulling the fuses will clear out the 32 but can't get the 33 out. I added this to my car BTW since I bought the piece off E-Bay. Am I doing something wrong?

Got it to play disc one a single time then wouldn't any of the others. Keep getting the errors.
