Bazooka's

How much better are they than stock? Is it worth picking them up even if your sails aren't blown..One of mine is,but I'm just curious..

yes! I'm running two bazooka's in the sails, so so so much better and crisper. They really aren't that expensive. The only thing i am going to do is to get a 10' in the back because 6.5'' just isn't loud enough lol

Yeah, it sounds way better than stock. Sounds even better with an aftermarket HU. The price was almost comparable to buying stocks. Why not?

I think I might just do that..I have a Kenwood DDX 520 DD I just love..I have new Boston Acoustic Pro 60's in the door. One of the sails is blown, but doesn't act up all the time.. I don't want to spend the money on a sub and amp and all that..I want exhaust 1st..

i put the bazooka in my driver's side sail panel and left my passenger side stock to see the difference, much cleaner sound and bass hits alittle harder, and takes more to distort. ill be changing the passenger side tonight to a bazooka

Do it! Stockers are garbage. Money well spent!

I was looking at the bazookas and they have the cone bonded to the front. I also see folks screwing them in the sails as is. They are replacement speakers for their "tube" subs, and are supported by a grill. I would think in time the cones would disbond from the frames given enough time and use. Has anyone considered using some type of "ring" with these to prevent this from happening?
