The LT1 Camaro doesn’t get as much respect as the more powerful LS1 models, but the LT1 engine featured in this week’s Drag Race video has been modified to make monster power.

Here’s the great thing about custom cars and trucks. They can literally be anything your heart ever desired. It doesn’t matter if it’s impractical, dangerous, or just downright stupid.

The 6.2L LS3 is a great engine. It makes loads of power. Does wicked awesome burnouts. And sounds like the devil himself when revving the balls off it. But did you know there are other uses for said engine besides burnouts, and scaring young children and elderly ladies?

Donuts can be awfully fun to do. The squealing of the tires, the white plumes of smoke, and the roar of the engine — it’s just too enjoyable.
