PURPLE HAZE 900+ Horsepower Turbocharged LS S14’s Insane Burnout!
There is no denying that the LS is the king of engines. After all, it is a mighty V8 that puts out excitingly high horsepower figures and is very easy to work with and modify. Oh, and who could leave out how affordable it is? In reality, the LS is the head of the pack — and this Nissan S14 driver certainly knows it!
Though he may be driving a JDM vehicle that is decked out in a rather flashy and Japanese style, the owner was actually very smart with the car. Rather than keeping the stock engine or throwing in another Nissan motor, he grabbed a turbocharged LS V8 and tossed it under the hood of the little monster!
The result is pretty awesome. A high-powered and tiny vehicle, this is one loud and proud beast. Really, we wouldn’t even consider it to be JDM anymore since it is, after all, running on true American V8 power!
The beast puts out 900+ horsepower, though we aren’t given a figure for torque. Even so, there is no doubt that this S14 would be a formidable foe in any drag race!
People like to drop LS V8 engines in to many vehicles, including the RX-7, the Miata, and — of course — S-chassis Nissan cars.
