Default Afco Questions

Finially got Afco double adjustable shocks and im a newbie to the shock adj. Where would be a good starting point? Or what is everyone running their double adjustables at.

It all depends on your setup and valving in the shocks. I would call the vendor you bought them from.

I got them from you guys. So any suggestions where is a good starting point or just do what the Afco papers say?
