If I have a 9-1 ratio will I be able to run 91 pump gas? Or would I have to get racing gas?

I think your audience needs more info. What is the application and power adders? Generally, 91 octane will work just fine up to 10.5:1. Compression ratio, static and dynamic, plays a factor, along with tons of other things. Big thing to avoid is detonation.
