good job but get rid of those 28" tall tires,i saw in another post that you switched from slicks to drag radials,please tell me there 26" tall.

smaller is better in a auto if you can hook it.i had a ss3600 with a 235/60/15 drag radial and my best 60' was 1.55.would go anywhere from 1.56-1.58 consistently.

shift it at atleast 6000rpm,try different rpms from 6000-6500

They were 255-50-16 BFG Drag Radials, so yeah - 26" tall. I really need to buy new DR, they're old. However, I'm in a budget crunch - Trying to same up my coins to build a detached garage.

Lid, P&P TB, LS6 IM, Pacesetter LT's, TSP ORY, cutout, UDP, RPM level 4 4l60e, Yank ss4000. 3.23's(3.73's now but no numbers), LCA with relocation brackets, heater hose mod, front bumper support removed, Racestars, ET Drags (on these passes), HP Tuners and weight reduction. I may be forgetting something but thats all I can think of at the moment.

I have the following parts to go on: Chris1313 AC version, Front and rear Strange DA shocks, Racetronix 255 w/hotwire, WOT and window switch. HSW Plate kit installed.

Thanks. I switched to 28" Hossier DR's but sold them. Only time I ran with the Hossier's I broke the stock 10 bolt. Saving up for a new rear now, so it will be fall before I run again.

I have considered going back to a 26" tire but not sure yet. I will have to buy something before I race again.
