Default 11second daily driver

is it possible to get my 2002 z28 into the 11's with stock weight and stock internals with 81,000miles? I would like to do a cam because i love the sound and i know it gives it crazy power but thats it internally. What would i have to do? and will the 10bolt rear and stock trans hold the power? is there anything i can do to the rear besides a ring and pinion? this is my first ls1 car i'm used to carb so any help at all is greatly appreciated.

6 speed or auto?
If it's an a4 car all you'll need is a converter, some 3.73's (in the stock rear) skinnies, and drag radials and all the bolt ons with a small cam and you are there.
If it's a 6speed car you'll need a 9"/12 bolt rear with 4.11's, all the bolt on's, good clutch, skinnies and ET Streets, small cam and with some practice you'll get your 11

I'm a 6 speed cam only guy myself and my dad is an A4 cam only guy We both run way down in the 11's so I just shared what I have learned about both of our setups over the years. Hope this helps you out some

runnin 11s in my car, being a daily driver.... not really that difficult just like others have said. Im not even full bolt on car yet, also stock heads still as well. Stock 10bolt with 3.73s, big stall, big cam, big tire, thats what ya need.

My buddy had an 02 z28 that was stock internal and weighed 3700 w/ driver. Cut 1.50 60's and ran 11.70s all day long and drove it to the track!
