Me too
I've stripped a few of these too. Seems some bolts just are rusted on tight or stripped by someone previously doing a fluid/filter change. Oil Pan Bolts should be torqued to 9 foot pounds. Here is a link to all the recommened OEM torque specs: http://www.gmtransmissionparts.com/4l60e-torque-specs/
If you bust a bolt they have OEM ones here for really cheap: http://www.gmtransmissionparts.com/oil-pan-bolt-16mm-long-700r4-4l60e-1982-up/
Sometimes people paint the bottom of these things which makes them tough to get off sometimes too.

I can't imagine stripping a pan bolt. Mine have always come off easily. And as others have already said, the torque spec is pretty light.
If you're really worried about stripping them I'd use an impact socket but with a regular ratchet. They seem to grip better than regular sockets and don't flex as much.
