busted out w/ a 12.45 in lubbock this weekend as the title states, i ran a 12.459 @ 111.16 at lubbock raceway this weekend, i'll be lookin for mid 11's in houston when i go back

im a poor college boy without a scanner or digital picture, theres a buddy of mine that got a video of it, hopefully i'll get it posted up within the next week

75 shot, 100k miles on the clock, a4, small cam, headers/ORY, DA here in lubbock sucks, the track sucks *****.....stock fbodies run 14.2+ on a regular basis from what ive seen recently, like i said...cant wait to get to baytown and run an 11 or at least try for it

where in lubbock is the dragstrip? im gonna be moving up there either next semester or next fall to go to Texas Tech, and didnt even know there was a dragstrip in lubbock

theres two 1/4 mile strips here in lubbock, lubbock raceway (idalou) and doloca motorplex (doloca)...but run your car in houston and get the good times while you still can in that low *** DA. These tracks here dont even come close to baytown's stickage

I'd like to run down there as well, 14.0--14.2 is a very commin stock time of for an A4 here in San Angelo.

Good luck with your 11 
. I tried for my 12 this last friday an only hit a best of 13.6 @ 104 with a 2.2 60' 
. i spun way past the 60'. i just really need to learn to launch with the stall, I hit some 2.1 60' when i was stock. I only ran 3 times & on my 3rd run the tranny got stuck in 2nd during the burnout, so i launched in 2nd with out knowing it then hit the rev limiter at the end of the track. 
. Nice time, us West Texas guys have trouble getting respect with our poor weather conditions..lol
I've got mine running alright though, i'm sure a 12.5x-12.6x is possible for me with my last couple of bolt-ons (TB and pulley) on DR's with the cooler air in the next month or so. Then i'll get a little more serious.
You guys need to come down to the Midland/Odessa area and run at Penwell sometime, I get tired of seeing all the same ol' LS1's down here! haha

i'll be going to wall dragway in angelo within the next month since i'll be in town visiting friends, i might have the X1 in by then...depends on how swamped i get with schoolwork, and how motivated i get to crawl back under the car....i'll let ya'll know if i tag the 11's this friday..i put in some 3.73's and im crankin the juice
