1. Your 60' is atrocious (not being a jackass, just being honest ) and that will negatively impact your ET.
Get better tires and practice launching and practice some more.
2. With street tires, chances are you won't hit high 11s with it even with 1.9xx 60' time. With DRs, you certainly can.
Here are my numbers with street radials:
60' = 1.911
1/8 = 7.807@94.28
1/4 = 11.96@118.92
As you could see I certainly have numbers to hit mid 11s or better, but not with street radials.

Not too bad for your first time out though..... It takes practice to cut a good 60 on street tires especially in a H/C car. I could not get much below 2.1's on my 285 GSD3's that are down to the wearbars. I'm gunning for high 11's with my Nitto's or a broken 10 bolt.

My old setup of 2800 converter and 2.73 gears ran 12.6's @ 112 with a 2.1 60' time with a best trap speed of 117. I got my 4000 converter and 3.42 gears, that put me at 12.0009 @ 114 with a best trap speed of 116. You need to get that 60' down to have a chance at getting anywhere near low 12's to 11's.
