i dont see why not. there seems to be plenty of room in the combustion chamber to fit such an injector. the water jackets would have to be modified.

The Gen V smallblocks have direct injection. We will see these making some good power in the near future.

fuel distribution method has NOTHING to do with the valve actuation method... so theres no "compatible" or "not compatible".

besides, if anything, from a design standpoint its EASIER on a pushrod motor.. you dont have to work around the cams in the head.

I think i might drill some holes in my combustion chamber and duct tape some injectors to them. I'll let yall know how it goes.
