Default Gauge cluster/A/C/shifter lights not working

I installed an LED in my headlight switch. When I hooked it back up it and started the car it didn't turn on. So i fiddled with the connections(yes I'm a dumbass) while the car was on. So now some of my gauge cluster lights don't work. The SES, brake, etc work but the lights that light up the speedometer, rpm, water temp, oil pressure, volts and fuel level don't. The shifter light and the a/c lights don't work either.

I checked the fuses, they all seem to be good. What can it be? short?

I searched and found out someone had an identical problem. He fixed it by replacing his TAIL LPS fuse.

Could that be it?

I don't even know where the TAIL LPS fuse is located. I searched and found out about that fuse.
