Allright...what's the easiest way to get the A4......
Shift **** off?!.........I have my Carbon Fiber console piece (Fianlly!) in from RK, and the damn thing won't budge....needle nose pliers are no use because I cant get a good grip on the "lip" of the clip.....I've read about using small watch screwdrivers (which I have access too), but I need a sure-fire, EASY way to get this bad boy off with out destroying anymore of the leather.....SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!.....thanks.....

Do you mean that the staple has gone too far in the slot?
I just used a small screwdriver (freebee from car show) to gently pry it out.
Angle the screwdriver in so that the tip of it gets behing the staple and leverage it out.

I used a dental tool, one of those metal pokey things, lol. It's straight on one end but has a 90* bend on the other.

You can often find a set of dental picks at a paintball shop. I have a set and they come in handy. I hadn't thought of using one in that manner, but that is a good idea.
