Default Dome Installation

Ok based on brian's installation it was the rear view mirror of a 1999 or lower camaro and i have a totally different mirror. Could i get some assistance of how to take apart the mirror? I know its oem...

Are you tryin to install the LED boards in there, or are they replacement bulbs? My mirror in my 2000 is the older style..

damn, well this is pissing me off. Im trying to install cathodes instead of the board. Brian gave them to me awhile back and decided to try installing them but of course it has to be a PETA. It's a rubber trim that I need to pull apart from the mirror frame but I cant do anything to take it apart, ive tried a screwdriver and an exacto blade with no luck
