Default cleaning my windows

this is actually for my 4runner and not my TA, but i have what looks like hard water spots on my windows only they wont come off. i've tried using certain rubbing compounds and window cleaners but i cant get it off. any ideas what to use? my camera was dead so i had to settle for using my phone so its not too clear but it's still kinda visible

I have had good luck with a clay bar or a water/vinager mix. If they are really bad, I have seen "window polish" that is used with a buffer and a small pad?
