Default quick shifter boot install/ recent updates

did a quick little install of shifter and ebreak boot out of a 2000 gran prix and a shifter from a late 90s gran prix.

first remove the clip from the shifter with a screw driver

pop off the center console and turn it over then unbolt the shifter display assembly.

this is what u will end up with

then simply put the shifter boot in place

and re bolt it in

put the shifter back on and replace the retaining clip

Next is the ebreak remove the factory plastic

i rigged up a mount for the boot

then u simply slip it in place

and now just some other little stuff Ive been up to switched over to camaro window/lock controls along with hvac and light switches. put it a new pioneer deck

all of the camaro/ gran prix stuff cost a total of 15 bucks from a local junk yard.
