Widest tire to fit 18x8 inch rim?

I just got a set of Eagle 077 18x8 wheels. What is the widest tire I can fit on them?

I recommend 245, but you could get away with a 255, too! I would definitely NOT go wider than 255!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

275 sounds like a lot more, but when you compare the two (245 v. 275), 30mm really isn't that much! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

I have 245/35's on right now. It looks like the rims could take a little wider tire. Shoot, the lip of the rim almost sticks out farther than the tire.
