How do you remove door panel?

Re: How do you remove door panel? 2 things I found different from these directions.
1 to remove the switch panel, the tab is on the rear of the panel
2 you only have to drill two holes, there is a large hole where the third rivet is and all I did was add a notch to the large hole.
