Default MGW and shift **** question:

Just bought an MGW shifter. The website claims 16mm threads.

A shift **** I'm looking is said to be 16x1.5mm thread.

Will these two marry up?

They both say 16mm - but the 1.5mm through me off.

Yes...16mm (thread diameter) x 1.5 (thread pitch) is the stock thread size and pitch. The thread pitch for metric threads is the distance between the threads...in this case, the threads would be 1.5mm apart.
