I know this has been discussed before, and is on my list of mods to do for sure. Try doing a search to see what comes up.

Real simple. When you open the door, you will see 2 rivets that attach the hinge to the body, drill those rivets off, fuel door comes off. Use a bit just big enough to get the rivets out. You will be able to easily re-attach the door on down the Rd if you want. Good luck.

its really an easy project.....just takes a little grinding here and there. I'm happy with how it came out. Post pics when you get finished. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
