Ok I started doing the whistler mod yesterday, I got the lenses off perfect got them painted up and everything and realized I lost that damn little black thing that goes around the bulb on one of my lights. I've looked everywhere and can't find it. What would happen if I just leave that piece out and put it back together ? Thanks

Unfortunatly, that little thing is what holds a metal plate to the back of the housing. This particular metal plate is what holds the bulb in place. So you're gonna want to find that little thing.
