Does GM still carry the leather shift boot for the M6 LS1 console? If not, where can I get one? Also, do they carry the leather seat covers? How much would they cost compared to the cloth ones?

Afterthoughts Auto, one of our site sponsors, sells genuine leather shifter boots in several colors. These do not come with the plastic frame, but those are available from your local GM parts dealer. The factory boots are actually vinyl, not leather.

Another sponsor, CFI, sells custom leather kits that you can install yourself. Much nicer quality leather than factory paper-thin junk. They are trying to organize a group purchase for these kits, see the Sponsor/GP forum for info.
