Default Who runs lightweight carpet

I'm just curious who runs the lightweight carpet and how much doe's it save you on weight .And do you know the name of the carpet maker.

I run the cheaper Year One stuff. Works great!

stock ~36lbs
LW stuff ~14lbs

I have the LS1Speed carpet......I would say its between 15-20lbs (probubly on the lighter side of that range). I like it a lot mostly because it does not have the cuts for the rear seats (which I nolonger have).

I installed Home Depot black "Boat Carpet".

Total cost $31.00
Total Weight 6 lbs

Now granted its not as nice looking as a one piece form fitted carpet, but I think it looks pretty good. I did the install myself and I'm no carpet layer, I just took my time and made smart cuts.

I'll get some pics this weekend, I'll be at the track with my camera.
