Cleaning under Hood?
What do you guys think is the best way to clean under the hood? I went to a track and the pit area was dusty as heck. I need to clean it real good for a car show. What is the best way. Please help!

For just dust and a little oil I would spray the SG just on the oily areas then use a good car shampoo and sponge to suds up the rest.. then rinse it all off. A trick I use is to buy two gallons of distilled water and when done pour it over the engine bay to rinse everything off.. after that I would blow it mostly dry with a 200mph leaf blower.
This combo yielded few if any water spots.. when done detail with a towel and you favorite dressings..
note: the distilled water helps because it has few if any impurities in it and evaporates away..
