Rust repair, sound deadening, new carpet. Pics inside
First some pics of the damage:
I got that repaired. Treated and por-15'd the floors and cut out and replaced the wheel well and other patches.
After that I covered it in 3 coats of second skin spectrum:
New carpet, interior all back in:

The carpet is from stockinteriors.com. Plush cut pile, with mass backing. The color is 8945 - Ebony. It's the best match for the carpet that's on my door panels (which I believe are from a 96 with dark gray interior). My original interior was light gray.
It wasn't super easy to install. There's a decent amount of extra carpet too. I'd definitely recommend comparing the new one with your old one and making the proper cuts, or at least to have an idea what the final shape should be. I had thrown out my old carpet long ago, so I had to do what I could from memory and matching it up with panels. I fucked up in 3 spots, either edge of the rear seat back where it mounts, and right by the dead pedal. Its also pretty tough to work with, since it has a molded shape but its not perfect. I'd recommend letting it sit in the car, in the sun, for a few days so its easier to work with. I also had to cut x's in the rear seat bucket section, as the molded wells wouldn't go deep enough. Not too big of a deal imo, now I can easily pull the drain plugs if water ever gets in there again.

Jesus christ remind me to never buy another car from up north. My 95 Caddy from Michigan had a rusty frame. No holes or anything, but you could pick scales off the frame with your fingers. I thought about fooling around with the suspension, but realized that everything was so rusty that I was sure to snap bolts off in the frame when I removed the sway bar, etc. Body was great though, but I'm glad I got rid of that car.
