Default what to use for interior insulation

Who has installed aftermarket insulation or sound deadener under the carpet of their car? What brand did you use and how did it turn out? What was the ease of instillation? I have the interior or of my car right now and I'm going to install something to make it a quieter interior.

I used Peel & Seal from Lowe's, seems to work great in my opinion, its fairly cheap and comes in decent size rolls, its for roofing and has the reflective foil on one side...
