Default Creating my Resto/mod thread of my 98 formula

Starting a thread for my resto/mod of my 98 formula. Most of the work will be done through the winter, It will consist of possible ls2 swap, smoothie q hood (still looking to buy), wings west ground effects, repaint *including engine bay, sending my polished torq thrust's to get chromed, making the engine bay pretty, installing my 6le gauge package and sommers needles, putting front license plate block back on, etc....not in that order.
Heres the start...cell phone pics in my garage/storage unit.

I really like that color when its nice and shiny...it really pops. All of your plans sound good, I would maybe think twice about the Wings West ground effects though...

the one thing ive always wanted to see a formula sport is the wings west spoiler for them, the one that adds an inch or two to the factory one, looks sharp in their pic, but wanna see on a car painted.

Thank You. i really like the subtle contrast of the charcoal to the black, its not one big blob of color. But if i ever change my mind, i'll keep you in mind.

Thank You. I'm trying to keep it from looking like a TA, Around here, everyone copies the ws6, whether its a Trans Am, Formula, or just a v6 bird, everyone clones the ws6...I haven't driven my car for the last year and people keep asking me where my camaro is lol

Its "red orange metallic" one of 44 made, similar to ssom just less metallic. I'm Really hooked on the WW ground effects, My car already has a pretty nice stance and the ground effects close up the big firebird rear bumper exhaust gaps and the front gives it a half splitter look...My only concerns with the ground effects are my car is lowered and scrapes EVERYWHERE, with the ground effects on i cant even get my forearm under the car, im just worried about it getting ripped off. Is there a specific reason you wouldn't go with it, such as quality or something?

I love that color! Reminds me of sunset orange metallic Silverado I used to have.

I'm just not too fond of ground effects of any kind...I think you should do everything yo mentioned except for that part. But hey, its your car and your vision...who am I to sway it?

i get what you guys are saying, and sometimes less is more, everyone has an opinion....i was just worried that there was a bad history with these effects or something. I think these give the car a more aggressive look and add to the stance....unlike the car im about to link to.
