Brake Calipers Painting

Just get some high temp paint or a caliper painting kit from afterthoughts or Eastwood. Easy to do, either take the calipers off with hoses attached or mask and paint. Eastwood also has drum/rotor paint that works great and looks excellent

I left the hoses attached and just removed them from the mounting bracket. Masked off the car and painted away. I used high temp paint.. make sure to give yourself plenty of time and take your time. I rushed one of mine and had to redo it because I left some finger prints on it when I touched it

Someone just posted in the sponsor section a week or so ago about powder coating and they only charged like $3 a caliper to powder coat them. That's cheap and the finish and durability will be much better than painting them.

Just take a small plastic bag, and fit it around the rotor, to avoid overspray. This is the quickest way to paint the calipers. I've done mine about 5 times now, so I've gotten it down to a science!
