Default 427 or 427CID badging ...anyone make them?

Was wondering if anyone make 427 or 427CID badges for attachment to bodywork over there?

Would be a great look for my 'big cube' Holden Commodore

heh, seeing how many of us don't have 427s, I HIGHLY doubt anyone makes 'em. BUT they can be made fairly easily (custom made), I'm sure. I don't know of anyone who makes actual emblems but I think I've seen vinyl decals out there showing 427.

Thanks for that, mate ....I remember the Yenko Cameros well. Was looking for repros and this might do the trick (and add a nice 'retro' theme as well)

I wonder of these hard fixed with screws etc or if they can be fixed with adhesive tape like badges are these days. I'll ring or email Year 1 and find out.

Ok...Talked to Year one. These are screw fixed. Rather than start drilling panels, I might do as this guy suggested.... (after he told me allllllll about his 3 month trip to Australia ).... and take an image to a Decal place and get them made up.

From what he said, guys there are starting to get the replications of the old 1st gen Camero decals kits (stipes and such) and whacking those on. I won't be doing that but a pair of small 427 decals sounds the go.

Just need to find a place to make them.

Thanks for the help anyway

I'd also like to find some kind of 422 emblems or decals for on my valve covers. When I'm at shows it just looks like a regular old LS1 on the outside.

If you like the real emblems on the car, you could just cut off the screw studs with a dremel and sand them down till the back is smooth. Then just get some emblem tape and stick it to the emblem and put it on the car, it should hold up well.
