Default Fuse Boxes in Engine Compartment

I was taking a peak inside my engine compartment and noticed that the section that holds the fuse blocks just kinda flops loosely about. There did not appear to be any missing screws or clips though. There are two seperate fuse panels that are attached to a larger boxed unit. The two seperates are attatched firmly, but the whole unit is loose.. It is a Z28 2001... Any thoughts?

The thing is not very securely attached, I was farting around with the car, and there should be a plastic clip that attaches it to the side closest to the fender that comes loose pretty easy.

Yeah, the clip was popped out.. However it is probably going to pop right back out again.. The method used to hold it in place is kinda whimpy.. Oh well..
