painted ss rims are stained?

Default painted ss rims are stained?
The fronts are damn near impossible to clean with these hawk pads.. Any tips on what to use to clean them and how to protect them more?

I clean my wheels with Eagle One Wipe 'N Shine. It claims it has teflon in it, and the brake dust from my Hawk brake pads seems to not stick as bad.
